    The Centre Director is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Early Learning Centre, ensuring the highest standards of education, care, and compliance. This role involves overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and fostering a positive and engaging environment for children, families, and educators.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and inspire a team of educators to provide high-quality care and education for all children.

    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and frameworks, including the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

    • Build strong relationships with families and the wider community, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment.

    • Oversee the financial, administrative, and operational aspects of the Centre.

    • Support staff development through training, mentoring, and performance management.

    • Maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement and quality outcomes for children.

    Early Childhood Teachers play a vital role in shaping young minds by delivering high-quality, play-based educational programs that foster children's development and learning. They work closely with children, families, and colleagues to create a nurturing and stimulating environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.

    • Establish positive and meaningful relationships with children to support their individual learning journeys.

    • Observe, assess, and document children's progress to inform program planning and family communication.

    • Work collaboratively with educators and families to create an inclusive learning environment.

    • Support and mentor other team members to maintain high-quality teaching practices.

    • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, following health, safety, and safeguarding guidelines.

    The overall purpose of the Lead Educator is to work with all team members to support the provision of education and care for children attending our Centre.

    The position provides direct responsibility for managing the daily operation of the curriculum and pedagogy for the group of children for whom they are allocated to.

    Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

    1. Develop relationships with children and their families and advocate for their learning and safety;

    2. Maintain responsibility for the provision and implementation of a high quality program in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF);

    3. To create an exciting and stimulating learning environment where children are inspired to learn and be challenged;

    4. Support the service Quality Improvement Plan and other administrative functions;

    5. Ensure the Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) of self and others at all times;

  • The overall purpose of the Educator is to work with all team members to support the provision of education and care for children attending our Centre.

    Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

    1. Develop relationships with children and their families and advocate for their learning and safety;

    2. Assisting with observations of individuals and groups of children;

    3. Assisting in the evaluation of children in terms of individual strengths, weaknesses, interests and preferences, which is then used to design activities to be included in the programme;

    4. Assisting with the program design, implemented, and evaluated in consultation with others to foster all aspect of children’s development in a holistic way;

    5. Seek and accept support from your Lead Educators, Educational Leader and Centre Manager.

    The Cook is responsible for preparing nutritious, balanced meals for children, ensuring dietary requirements are met while maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. This role plays a key part in promoting healthy eating habits and overall wellbeing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and prepare healthy, age-appropriate meals and snacks in line with dietary guidelines and individual dietary needs.

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen in accordance with food safety regulations.

    • Monitor and manage food supplies, ordering stock as needed to ensure meal preparation runs smoothly.

    • Support children in developing healthy eating habits and accommodate cultural and allergy-based food requirements.

    • Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and workplace safety regulations.

    • Collaborate with educators to incorporate food education into children's learning experiences.

  • Administration staff provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the Early Learning Centre. They handle daily administrative tasks, assist families with enrollment and queries, and support the leadership team in managing compliance and communication.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage enrolment processes, record-keeping, and Centre documentation in line with regulations.

    • Provide friendly and professional customer service to families, staff, and visitors.

    • Support the Centre Director with scheduling, compliance paperwork, and reporting.

    • Maintain accurate financial records, process payments, and handle invoicing where required.

    • Assist in coordinating events, staff meetings, and communications with families.

    • Ensure all workplace health and safety procedures are adhered to in the administrative environment.
